Rohan Army Showcase October 2022

Recently I took inventory of how many miniatures I have painted since picking up the Battle of the Pelennor fields box set and... it's a lot. So, it seemed like a fun time to reflect on all that I have painted and post some army showcases! First up are my beloved Rohirrim.

Where now are the horse and the rider? Where is the horn that was blowing?

Where is the helm and the hauberk, and the bright hair flowing?

Where is the harp on the harpstring, and the red fire glowing?

Where is the spring and the harvest and the tall corn growing?

12 Riders and 6 Royal Guards

They have passed like rain on the mountain, like a wind in the meadow;

The days have gone down in the West behind the hills into shadow.

Who shall gather the smoke of the deadwood burning,

Or behold the flowing years from the Sea returning?

The great thing about Rohan is you get to have 1 army at the cost of 2!

There's not a lot left to add at this point except for Elfhelm, and probably 6 more each of Riders and Royal Guard. Maybe some sons of Eorl and Outriders just for funsies.
