A New Power is Rising! Saruman the White

Quick post today! I've been sitting on this Saruman/Grima box for ages now, and waited to paint them until I was ready to put them on the table with a completed Isengard list. Really really like this sculpt! Super easy to paint, looks great, and his profile is just so much fun. Without further ado, here he is.

One of these days I'll have to paint the Palantir... but it was tough to find the motivation for it as it doesn't really do anything. Also, it's dangerous to use... not all of the seeing stones have been accounted for!

500 point tournament report with Rivendell

I was really excited to play in a 500 point tournament over the weekend! It was the second of four connected tournaments in the "To War!" escalation series hosted at Your Hobby Place in Fredericksburg, VA.
